Operating principle:
The work-pieces are mounted on a hook, and transported into the blasting chamber. The door of blasting chamber can be closed by hand or by electric motor. Dual pneumatic operated locking pins to secure loading door in open or closed position. The simultaneous rotating and oscillating movement of the hook ensures that the blasting media, accelerated by the multiple blast wheels, reaches every component, providing the best possible uniform blasting result. Dust from the machine is filtered by two layers of dust collector. |
